This is an information-only website. It has no contact forms, no accounts, no newsletter sign-up, no analytics or advertising tools, and it does not set cookies.
Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This is used only to keep the website secure and running, and is kept for a limited period by the hosting provider.

If you email us at support@fermea.store, we receive your name, email address, any order number and the contents of your message. We use this only to answer your request and resolve any issue with your product. Emails are stored in our business email system (Google Workspace) and kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless we need them longer to handle a claim or meet a legal obligation.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing customer support, and, where your email concerns a purchase, the steps needed to support that purchase.
FERMEA products are sold on Amazon. When you buy from us or message us through Amazon, your order details and messages are handled through Amazon's systems. We receive only the information Amazon provides to sellers to fulfil and support your order, and we use it only for that purpose. Amazon's own privacy notice also applies to that information.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers we rely on to run this website and support your order (for example, our hosting provider, our email provider and Amazon), or where the law requires it.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@fermea.store, message us through your Amazon order, or write to us at our registered office above.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
